Pressing is different from the first and second one.

Thin foldout sleeve, cheaply printed black on white (xeroxed?), white inner sleeve.

Labels also printed sleazy in black on white, looks almost like xeroxed.
Label A shows catalog number: (NR15725-1) and LUX 102 Live at Max’s.
On the top is written: “If we see any copies out there that we didn't print, we're comin’ for the blood.”
Label B shows catalog number: (NR15725-2) and LUX 102 Live at Max’s.
On the top is written: “If you have any comments on the drum solo, keep them to yourself.”

In the runoff is edged on side A (not hand written): CRAMPS LUX 102 A | BE, and a handwritten 1 vis-à-vis,
on side B: CRAMPS LUX 102 B | BE, and a handwritten 3 vis-à-vis

Probably a Belgian pressing. I can't confirm the release year, but copies were available in the early 90’s.
This has nothing to do with the first release and even the red and green one. It's a cheap rip-off of the most inspired bootleg of the Cramps from the early days.
