This release is very similar to the other Canadian reissue release listed with the barcode on the back cover, the differences with this release are the matrix / runouts do not have any dashes between the #'s and there are two pressing rings on the labels while the other one only has one pressing ring.

The spine of the cover has Printed In U.S.A. on it.

Released with a gatefold cover which opens in the back and a custom cardboard inner-sleeve.
